Next to Alvin "Boogie" Williams.

I dont see Artest being underated at all.  Everyone knows who he is and everyone knows he has skills.  People just wont put up with his shit ( which I actually think is cool ).

BigUps 2 Alvin Williams tho, the man is a bonafied clutch performer and plays his fucking ass off ( injured or not ) every night.
