Wouldn't it be better to just have a country full of balanced people?

I think the unbalanced people will hold us back.

WE ALL NEED BALANCE AND LUCK.... BALANCED PEOPLE WITHOUT ANY SORT OF LUCK WILL MOVE UP VERY SLOWLY BUT VERY FIRMLY....

FAST DOES NOT NECESSARILY MEANS BIGGER,
