Mekkan Refugee releases this training montage, in preparation for a battle with Sikotic, scheduled for this coming winter in LA.   In these videos we get an opportunity to peak into just how Mekkan Refugee plans to train for this highly anticipated battle.  His regimen of prayer, yoga, long distance running, etc.    His unorthodox style takes him off-road into the rugged terrain of the back-roads and even backwoods of Kansas City.  "Running along the creek in the woods, reminds me of my youth in Eastern Anatolia, circa 18th century"- Mekkan Refugee.

It's frightening that you have a child. You're clearly someone with deep rooted mental problems. Do you realize just how fucked up you are or are you unaware? I don't think I've seen a person with less self-awareness.

In complete seriousness, I actually do hope you aren't a part of your Childs life. You would only duck that kids mind up, he wouldn't stand a chance in life.
