joe torre should be the last one blamed. hes not the one who threw batting practice and hes not the one who left the bats at home.

the phillies scored something like 57 runs in 5 games.

our pitching, which was amazing all year, didnt show up. combine that with the ability of the philies line up and well, the rest is history.

oh wait, the one game where our pitching was amazing, game 2, the one where philly gaves a pitty win.
