The latin-greek word 'Jesus' = Je-Zeus (hey-zoos, how it is pronounced in spanish).
Zeus or dios is the Greek Sun God, hence "Sun"day worship.

Actually, Zeus was the planet Jupiter. Have you read Immanuel Velikovsky's "Worlds in Collision" by any chance? I think you'll find it very interesting!

You can't look at the name Jesus, as that was the name given at the time of Greek translations. His real name was Yeshua Ben Yosef. Now let's see Americans feel safe praying to that name on Sundays.

I am not sure what to think of the Bible in some regards. Some of the Bible has been proven to be really historically accurate, like King David, and some of it has been disputed. Either way I am sure Yeshua Ben Yosef was a real person, I am sure he preached what is in the Bible, I am sure that he had lots of followers who spread his word and I'm sure that this upset the establishment. The Son of God thing and rising from the death, that's up for everyone else to debate. But there is no question Yeshua Ben Yosef was who he was suppose to be.
