Looks like the rumors were true. The highly anticipated G.O.O.D. Music album “Cruel Summer” has been pushed back once again. The LP was originally set for an August 7th release but was delayed until September 4th. Now it seems the project has suffered an additional 2 week delay and will be released on September 18th. According to Malik Yusef, the delay is due to 4 additional features being added, with one of them being Mos Def. Hopefully, this date sticks and Def Jam finally gives us the album.
