It's a UK bootleg, I've seen it in a record store. It wasn't actually put out by Death Row/Interscope.

As for Zoom I'm pretty sure it's the same rip that was floating around the net. I wanna say I listened to it at the record store to check for myself, but this was literally a decade ago so I can't remember for sure.
