Western railway is in India where in the place of mumbai where the area is so crowded that at 2 min one train comes.

My first thought is I would never ever go to India.  Secondly I didn't know there were western trains there.

oh yea, and basically all the alcohol are bought at government owned stores, so if u dont get your liqour by 5 or some early hour bull shit like that
