Sly Boogie's beat on Chronic 2001
« on: February 17, 2003, 02:20:16 PM »
yo, some of yall know who Sly Boogie is.  well, as some of yall also know he has a song called "Haters" that just recently came out.  well I was bumpin my Chronic 2001 cd today, and this beat is played in the backround of "Car Bomb".  it makes it sound like another car is bumpin it as it roles by.  now was this beat done by Dre?  or is this Sly Boogie song really that old (98/99)?  or was it produced way before all this and both Dre and Sly Boogie sampled this song?  this really has no meaning but it's cool to just wonder about these things and know that this really NICE beat was used on 2001 first.  peace
