Packers vs Seahawks WTF ? Lmao @ the replacement refs

That's way more simultaneous & Austin is ripping it out of Cromartie's hand on the way down to the ground. There was a point that Tate didn't even have a hand on the ball & then ripped it out of the safeties hand after he went down. Truly absurd. The fact it was reviewed & not overturned is appalling & the fact the league reviewed it after the game & stood by the call & claimed it correct is just proves how corrupt professional sports is.

Sadly enough people like me are the reason this game won't get overturned. The lucky fucks in Vegas got paid & Vegas would lose a fortune if the NFL overturned it & had to pay the Green Bay gamblers, while never seeing the Seahawk winners that got paid ever again. Basically Vegas would lose 100% on that & all this proves is how tight Goodell is with those money makers in Nevada.

True enough.  But still theres no comparison here.  2 terrible calls won seattle that game.

I agree w hack about the physicallity of the game, i think its great.  But its not cool when they blow the big calls and hand a team a win on something like that though.  The nfl would be best served if they scaled back the hitting penalties and PIs but you gotta get a possession call like that correct especially in the end zone.

Yeah, but at the same time GB wouldn't have scored a TD had it not been for that ghost pass interference call on Chancellor. I won't lie that they gave us the game at the end, but that probably wouldn't have been possible had GB not scored the TD.

The point is that Cromartie has two hands and a chest on that ball as he's going down and Austin eventually gets possession in the process.

My argument is that possession never means two hands, it means possession. You can catch a ball with one hand. It is allowed. There is was no video evidence to over rule the idea that Tate had the ball caught with one hand. I certainly don't think it happened that way, but this was a simple tie goes to the runner reaction of a very fast play and no angle to show the left hand not possessing the ball.

That being said, had it been called an interception on the field there'd be no way of of overturning that either.

There have been many examples over the past couple weeks to show that the inexperience of these refs is terrible for the pace of the game, and that improper procedure is being followed.

But anyone that thinks there is little to no chance the same thing wouldn't have been called by the real refs is fucking idiot who is selectively forgetting why your favorite QB even has his first ring after fumbling the ball. I wish it was these refs that reffed that game in Foxboro 10 years ago. They wouldn't have been stupid enough to reverse the call on the field; fumble!

Or let's bring up when my favorite QB threw a pick to Troy Polamalu in the 05 playoffs and the refs said it was incomplete. No fucking way can Jennings say his int last night was more clear than Troy's in 05.

It was called an interception. The black ref signaled a touchback. Somehow the white ref's, despite him not being the head official was the call that stood.

Between this, the "defensive" offensive pass interference before it & the roughing the passer just made it by far the worst officiated drive I've ever seen in my entire life.

Subsequently with the Packers at -3 & -165 on the ML & likely a 80% to 20% split on the money. ::)
