C-Style Present's: 19th street Compilation

Yo the homie Kaidy made a post bout "Doggystyle allstars" cd earlier...so I got into the swing and knocked the whole album, and got in a Lb mood. So I threw on the classic 19th street compilation.

And track #9 "Jackin' for flows" came on...my fucken jaw dropped to the floor. I finaly realised why Crooked I sounded so familar to me....yet Dope since I first heard his rhymes/flow. When he came in with the classic line
"One and here comes the two to the three & Four".....I was brought back to 89'.

All this time Crooked I has remined me of The D.O.C.
subliminaly....I took him on as a replacment.

And I've knocked that track for a long as time, now everytime I play a Crook track I think about what The D.O.C. could have been.

Yea tight ass cd right there. I remember when i copped that back in 98 just for the daz and tray deee songs. but crooked i str8 blew me away and i been a fan since.

ay Hatesrats u ever hear that one Crooked I freestyle, i think the one with Chino XL. he spits this line:

"I was brainwashed by NWA and BDP
I'm the year 2000 version of the DOC"

yea Crooked is like a new D.O.C...Deuce aint really D.O.C.z album tho...its 6'2s...i want the Crooked I album already...DAMN IT!

oh and Crooked I and the Low Lifes all came off on that song...the whole cd for that matter...Crooked I has ripped every verse so far that ive heard from him...whether its his work with Chino, Heltah Skeltah to C Style to Murder Inc...Crook comes off sick
