I got FREE tickets to go see the ROOTS, but....

I couldn't go!!
Here's my story: I had a lady friend in from out of town, and she was leaving for home on Thursday. So I took the day off work and I took her shopping downtown. So we're walking by the MTV studios, and some guy comes up to us and he was goes, "Hey do you guys like The Roots?", So I'm like, "Hellz Yeah", and he gave us two tickets for a lil show they were doing for tv. But I had to take the lady friend to the airport in like 20 minutes, so I couldn't fuckin go!!! I was so mad. I'd kill to see the Roots live. Their show on Friday night sold out in 10 minutes, so I couldn't get tickets for that either. :'(
