I aint racist. Im just sick of seeing these people try to destroy the industry that black people can use to better themselves, their familes and streets be taken once again from the white man. That aint racist. I hate the issue, not the color.

After the drugs, bullshit and scraping through working for low wages doing bullshit jobs its just ridiculous. Like one time when my old street started a petition because black people wernt given higher class jobs for the amount of hours, experience and dedication they put in. This is a true story that the guy who was supervisor was a young teenager. It was like a McDonalds but it wasn&#8217;t a McDonalds. He was only working for eight months however older more experienced who was dismissed from his original office job due to money cuts was working the basic serving job for four years and was given no bonuses, no promotion, no nothin However he didn&#8217;t say nothing, it was only until a former employer who worked at his previous line of work asked if he could have a word after surprised to see him and askin all sorts of questions about discount for a group customers. When the man finally said he would have to ask the manager his friends both surprised and horrified and claimed he was worth so much more and had 10 times the potential. He was so bothered that he tried to ask the boss to get him back. The boss was actually a nice enough guy to offer his influence to give a good reference if he needed it. Eventually when more old work mates heard this and saw this, there was people signing a petition to complain at the lack of interest in to promote an African American for his noticeable and much deserved achievements, however after the petition and local media interest this eventually escalated in which the manager was being watched by press and was not only FIRED from his manager role, he was charged for something which I cant quite remember. It was a good story though. It was half a page. When the black man heard the results he thought the young supervisor would land the manager title and he the supervisor title which he said he would have been pleased with. Although to his shock because of the attention on him, he was eventually given the manager title.

3 months later the company decided to close this branch which left fourteen workers out of jobs

Once again the black man prevails but it is taken away. Just like Hip Hop
