never really liked the way menace 2 society was done or made and the same with goodfellas, great movies ofcourse but it seems as though they  tried to hard and made them movies to Artsy, like a play would be. Over the top emotions and exagerations in life style.... it trickled down from, metrosexual to swagg to fag, you guys prolly can kinda get what i mean. Somethings just always been wierd about Menace though, to me atleast.
maybe because i was to close to the people who mimicked and lived that lifestyle, it never really interested me to whinney lorenze tate...

Yet, I cannot understand how anyone can think: Belly & South Central are even close to being the same conversation. Those are good movies at best. Hell, even American Gangster wasn't all that great.
