I get that other people have different tastes AND I get that Goodfellas is not just my favorite Mob Movie, but Movie overall... Yet, I cannot understand how anyone can think: Belly & South Central are even close to being the same conversation. Those are good movies at best. Hell, even American Gangster wasn't all that great. To each is own though.

i have a very hard time watching boyz n tha hood, baby boy (except for the ending when snoop goes out gangsta with it, oh and the gangsters prayer)  and south central, its goddamn too corny and horrible acting. SUPER OG BOBBY JOHNSON??

yes everyone to their own, but it comes to a point where its just ridiculous and the list is full of B and C rate movies with corny acting, blunt and predictable story, sometimes almost no moral of the story and the main protagonist is still in the same situation as before ( a broke ass nigga in the hood thats good for nothing aka babyboy)

American gangster number 1? belly number 2? my god those were such predictable movies. even belly, being long, they rushed on the script, they obviously ran out of time and they had to finish the script up for release, i mean what the fuck was that? in the ending?


OG classic is on some black power shit. like cmon bro, that truly cant be your list, at the age you are right now. these simple stories and blunt storylines cant be able to satisfy an adult mind.
