Help with Song ID from posted lyrics?

Whats up everyone,

I just had a friend move back to my part of town after living in the Bay Area for a little more than a year. He gave me a CD with most songs being by WC/ Bay Area artists like Berner, Too Short, Nipsey, and some others. One song i liked alot on the CD didnt sound like any artist I knew and I was hoping someone could help me ID it here.

Some of the lyrics I remember, hope it helps

Anyone think they can help? I know its not much but hopefully someone knows, the cd is scratched to the point of not working in either my car or computer so im hoping I can find it online.
