The chick you posted was Mizuki Fukumura, she was 16 a couple of months ago and more than likely judging by the weather, when this pic was taken. Seems like you don't even check the girls you post. It's not about looks, and since she is covered the law, it's about trying to push boundaries and not even watching where you step.
