For Mausberg's die hard fans
« on: February 18, 2013, 03:29:34 PM »
Nothing much, just a DJ Quik live at the soul train (lip singing unfortunately) with his crew in 1999. Since Mausberg's videos are rare it is a little something for the fans:

Otherwise he is featured on "pitch in on a party" live "change da game" motown session and in Quik's DVD but that's all the footage i have seen of him. If you have more videos post them. Ah there is also a 46 sec interview of him on youtube and thats all.

Peace

Great video.  Seems odd that Quik would lip synch a performance.  I wonder if they dubbed it in post.

Peace!

2 points real "Quik"...
First THX for sharing this never seen this footage before.

1. I got the fucken chills hearing that Lauren Hill song, What a great singer & talent she is/was.

2. Quik's music is timeless I swear his sound from '99 until now is IMO on par with any producer.

Rest In Peace: Mausberg
