They only did this because the US flew test stealth bombers over Korea. Imagine how the US would react if Korea started flying stealth bombers over Cuba. It doesn't matter, though. The US has more arms than all of Korea and its allies combined. Kim Jong-un isn't stupid enough to try to attack the US (or even any of their allies).
