Game was rollin' with more people than 40 Glocc, who I think was solo, but I never heard that anybody else besides Game and 40 Glocc got physical. You can hear Game's people in the background telling him to let it go (mind you this is while Game is filming with one hand and throwing punches with the other) so if anything they saved 40 Glocc from a more severe ass whooping.

If someone was punching me with his friends/bodyguards behind him then I might not fight back either. I don't know. I have not and would not want to be in that situation.

I think Game should pay compensation for being a bitch, though. Who films themselves fighting someone? He then starts speaking about his shoes. How would he have liked it if those bloods that KO'd him in the mall would have have filmed that?

This same sort of thing could happen to him if he didn't have bodyguards.

As far as 40 - he probably should have let it slide. However, if he is in the streets like he says he is, then he doesn't need to worry.

In the streets? He got kicked out of his own gang because of this shit. I guess he can pay his ass back in the gang when he wins the case, if he does. It's America though, so i wouldn't be suprised if 40 Glocc got that whole 4,5 million he's askin' for. Judges down here would laugh at this kind of shit.

I can't really have too thick of an opinion on this because I'm not a street guy but this definitely seems like a massive credibility hit for 40 Glocc. He sort of defined himself as the sort of person who wasn't like these entertainers who pretend to be gangstas so for him to catch an "L" against Game and that's by no means, saying Game whooped his ass in a fair one but he likely got caught slippin and Game taped it with the camera phone. Every person in this world is capable of getting their ass beat so it's not really that big of a deal.

As far as Vanilla Ice being the comparison, I would say if anything that man should be allowed to sue because he's definitely an entertainer. I know that Eazy sued Suge but it was over business.
