^^^^^ I don't believe you at all dude.  To lose 40 pounds in 1 month is damn near impossible unless you do what I said: take speedy drugs, stop eating, and work your body like noneother.  I used to wrestle and people were always trying to drop weight and go down weight classes.  We would do so much conditioning it was crazy.  Plus dieting.  40 pounds.....I don't believe one word of it.

Sorry Grundy, I agree with a lot of what you say, but I lost 50 pounds in a month 3 years ago. I ate 700 calories a day for 30 days. Played ball 2 times a week for 2 hours. Lost 50 pounds. No drugs. Never in my life have I tried any drug. I don't even take tylenol.
