It seemed like only yesterday i was walking to that place//
Where i was classed, number 1, and i calibrated the pace//
Another lesson learned, escaping the danger with a untouched face//
It was only a karate session where i left for a reason, with no evidence or trace//

We never agreed on all terms, but you sent me on my way//
However im thankful, in that you made me what i am today//
I wish i could turn back time, and when you asked me, i would stay//
We went our seperate ways, and we never saw each other again//
Then time passed, i come back in contact with someone i once new, and ol friend//
You admitted i hurt you the day i left, i wasnt gonna deny that or simply pretend//
Our relationship, an unbreakable bond, which would come back again in the end//
You were like a brother not just a teacher of martial arts//
There was no one other that played that special part//
You made me what i am today, and i am grateful for your guidance//
I was able to adjust mentally to all situations, and conquer all my tyrants//

So this my final statement, to say i never forgot, only let go//
For we are back to show em all, what i learnt, and you know//
I wanna mend the grudges that should never of arrose//
Coz you have always bin, a caring, older bro//

^^ just got back in contact with an old friend, who was my old martial arts teacher, i left his club to move on.. and now i got back in contact.. and we are going strong!
