Sheeeeeeeit, Spice 1 is simply the BEST Bay Area artist, plain and simple. Forget all them other rappers if you didnt cop his first 5 albums. That's the essence of gangster rap. Beats always fat, rivers of blood in lyrics, and plus he sings his choruses himself. That's the creme de la creme if you ask me.

Personally, I think that 1990 sick is his best CD followed by Amerikkka's Nightmare.

Amerikkka's Nightmare is his best hands down...it has those synthed out beats with wistles. Kinda had a hardcore g-funk vibe to the album so defeninely start with this album.

i can't believe some of y'all is saying Black Bossalini before 1990-Sick, 1990-Sick is way better than Black Bossalini.

but... get 187 He Wrote first, than Americakkka's Nightmare, than 1990-Sick, and than Black Bossalini. i dont care much for the rest of his albums, he fell off hard core i think, but i never heard his other albums after Immortalized, but i dont want to either.

I know why yall love that 1990-Sick album. Thats bcuz of that title song w/ Eiht. One of the hardest songs I ever heard. No intro, no bullshit - str8 up hardcore from the 1st second. Rappers dont release albums without intros anymore nowadays.

immortalized was one of his worst...still good compared to other artists shit...but for a spice 1 kinda weak !!!
make sure to peep his other albums he released after 99 dogg !!!
