Actually this is a great kids movie.
Came out when my son was a kid and we had a memorable night of his childhood watching it with his cousins. I was very impressed. You can laugh at the fact it's a kids movie, but you would be mistaken, because the comedians that write these films are the same comedians writing the adult films, and talent is talent.
Great comedians have standards and too much passion about their comedy to make a lame joke. That would be like Jordan going out and playing like shit just for the hell of it, he would be embarrassed.
So much of humor is based on timing, watch a kids show from the 80's like Heithcliff. It's A level comedy, the timing, the jokes, the method acting cast of characters and scenarios, the voice actor the performed most the voices and did a lot of the writing was one of the greatest old school comedians of all time--Mel Blanc--pure genius.

my son grew up on the hotel transylvania movies and they're definitely legit
but not sure about sandlers best
he has some classix in his catalogue
