Well this is a useful thread.

I think Dance is better than Dear Mama in my own personal opinion, simply because although the lyrics were deep I felt that 2 Pac comprised his flow a bit to fit stories into that song, and therefore there are times in the song where his rapping isn't really in flow with the beat.
