what did Kobe do to earn a spot over James Harden this year?

he took 3.5 more shots per game and only averaged one point more...meanwhile Harden was better at shooting 3's and free throws.  Harden was 4th in the league with 12.8 win shares while Kobe was 8th in the league with 10.9.

I stand by putting Kobe on the 2nd team.  meanwhile Scittles keeps Lebron off all 3 teams lmao

Better defender, and he willed the Lakers to a playoff spot and carried Dwight Howard's dead weight. Plus Kobe did have more points, rebounds and assist per game, along with a much higher fg%, 46% vs. 43%.

He's trollin.. It doesn't warrant a serious response. Learn from me 8)

and you left off Lebron completely :D

I didn't even notice that, okay, Scitt's list is discredit. Let me see if I can come up with a list.

1st Team
G Chris Paul
G Kobe Bryant
F LeBron James
F Kevin Durant
C Mark Gasol

2nd Team
G Westbrook (would be Rondo IF he hadn't gotten injured in January)
G Harden
F Anthony
F Paul George
C Dwight Howard

3rd Team

G Curry
G Parker
F Lee
F Pierce
C Noah

lol son put Kobe on the second team and ur guna come here and "discredit" my list? I know u a heat fan, but come on.

Well I agree with you, putting Kobe on the second team is like smacking someone's hand, not putting LeBron on any list is like shooting someone in the knee. Your crime was worst.

Heat fan, well of how things are going, I do want the Heat to win this year. Either the Heat win, or you get to hear every talk about how Duncan is either equal to, or greater than Kobe. Must be hard to have more Miami hate than Laker and Kobe love.

1 troll post deserves another..the fact that u only called out mine further proves my notion of u not bein a true laker fan....and i rather boycott the nba than see the spurs win another title, and that's exactly why i'm goin for indiana. might not be a reality, but at least i aint a closet heat fan

To be honest, I didn't even notice he put Kobe on second team. But I am wondering, are you more Laker fan, or Heat hater. Because I can't tell the difference. Any true Laker fan knows that the Heat don't mean jack shit to the Laker's legacy or LeBron to Kobe's. But Duncan is a direct threat to Kobe and the Spurs are to the Lakers of the past 14 years. Yet you seem more concern with hating the Heat. I mean the Heat, they are cute with Riley as the head and a their building teams like the Showtime Lakers. But at the end of the day, LeBron gets 5 titles AT MOST, and I'm betting on only 4, the Heat are so far away from 16 titles and it just seems like they are the flavor of the month. I by no means am a fan, but from what I've seen they are going to win it all this year and they are the best team in the league. So I just accept it and move on. Posting on a board wouldn't change that.

I'm a laker fan.. That's why I got back at hack for puttin Kobe on second team.. and u got back at me for gettin back at hack lol. Think about it, doggy

Your hate for the Heat has blinded you. Hack is a troll who drools on himself at night and can't help but bump old threads that only he thinks are funny. I expect more from the OG though.

Maybe too harsh on Hack.

dwight howard's dead weight?  you mean the guy who dropped 17 and 12 a game is dead weight now??

without Harden that Rockets team is 30 wins at best.  the Lakers at least had multiple all stars on their roster  Harden was more valuable last year to his team than Kobe.

asik was more valuable to houston than dwight was to us this season...at least asik honors his role, doesnt expect to be a focal point of the offense, and goes out there to anchor the defense and grab every rebound. those 17 points from dwight are because he thinks he's the second coming of shaq and wants the offense to run through him..he's force-fed, which is bad for us, considering he has no true post game and turns the ball over more than any center in the league. if he knew his role, he'd be putting up tyson chandler numbers, which would actually benefit us more.

you make some good points about Asik...he certainly is more of a "team player" than Dwight is  (but who isn't?)

but once Dwight is dominating in Houston or Dallas next year you Laker fans might grow to miss him a bit.  if he goes to Houston they are a legit threat to win the west.
