Guess again. He'll be in PC. Cheat the goverment or a bank over money = get treated worse than dog shit in jail. Rape, molest women/children = get protected. That's everywhere and it's crazy. People will
rape children and get like 5 months in jail, if that, even with evidence all over. Shit's fucked up. I'd rather die slit my own wrists before i'd rape or molest a woman or a child.

They'll know if he's in GP he'll get killed and i'm pretty sure you can sue in specific cases like that.
