I wouldn't doubt the authenticy of this song, as 50 has dissed Nas several times on the radio since he joined Shady/Aftermath.
And since 50 likes Jay-Z so much, I would like to see a Jigga/50 collabo Nas diss.

I wonder what Eminem's stance in this situation. He recently worked with Nas on God's Son, I can't see him joining 50 in this beef... :-\
