it's Rich Boy's  "Niggas Get To Poppin" beat that Timbo produced and also gave to Brian Kidd to "produce"  for Pitbull's album Money Is A Major Issue.  "Get To Poppin" off Pitbull's album is credited to Brian Kidd and when you listen to it, the sample is the same but the rest of the beat is slightly differet. 

This beat has been argued by many a Timbaland fan....
