man mine sure did.  My dad especially he hated it.  But I still bumped the shit out of it everyday.  My mom said she liked the beats but not the lyrics.  My dad thought rap caused me to have a bad attitude and caused me to get into trouble.  I was always getting in trouble and was a real smart ass.  My dad would always take my cd's away for punishment, and I would have to steal them back or go buy new ones.  They always thought that I would just grow out of it, but of course I never did.  My dad would make so much fun of rap, and he would come in my room sometimes while I was playing it and act like he was a rapper bobbing his head and shit and then he would rap like this: "nigga this nigga that, bitch fuck you nigga, fuck mutha fucka shit goddamn, nigga nigga nigga bitch"  damn that shit was funny.  Finally they got the point that I wasn't gonna quit listening to it no matter what they did.  Then my mom comes and visits me a month ago and I find out she likes the new eminem cd and she even brought me a copy of it LOL.

My dad hates it, but he doesnt mind me listning to it as long as i dont blast it out loud in front of him.  My mom doesnt really care, Ive told her about the lyrical content in many deep songs, stuff like that, she understand rap is what I lisn to and it makes me happy.  So she doesnt really say anything, peace

jus ones that really get on my dads nerves, he don't mind it tho, jus would rather listen to classic fm. but when i'm in the car i'm incharge of the stereo lol
