I think this is one of these things.

Is HAARP and chemtrails weather modification for regional warfare without fingerprints? Or is it, as some scientists claim - To reinforce the decreasing magnetic field around the earth by spraying aluminium into the atmosphere, which is to help us.

Personally, I think this is to spray the aluminium in the air, then zap it with this HAARP thing to charge the particles, which can then probably be directed somewhere when charged just like any current can if you create a path for it.

If they start messing around with magnetics, this is when things will get scary
