Lyrics :

It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach

I can feel it in my grasp and cusp, i'd hate to pass it up
Another brick in the wall, you feel em stackin' up
They gonna shake your hand, you wanna take a stand
Develope and execute the perfect plan
Was it worth it damn, could be tough to answer
Now you swim among viruses, and fuckin cancers
Treading water determined to find the vaccine
All the while your body and back are cracking

I love you so much it damn near killed me
(want a fraction, a fraction, a fraction, just give me a fraction)
Far away you're beautiful, up close you're filthy
(But now I got traction, got traction, it's my world)

It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach
It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach

It's like the moment you levitate, you separate
From everything you held close, time to medicate
Get it straight, on the inside lookin out
A straight line soon bends to a crooked route
You don't notice, the focus is on a set track
Then reality hits whoa, time to step back
Who the fuck was I the last couple years
200 miles an hour, no belt buckle near

I love you so much it damn near killed me
(want a fraction, a fraction, a fraction, just give me a fraction)
Far away you're beautiful, up close you're filthy
(But now I got traction, got traction, it's my world)

It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach
It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach

On a crash course ready to die
I'd give my life for you
When you know the limits the sky
You want your just due
Then it hits home, everything changes
Left alone with your tears
Best friends can become strangers
Goddamn those 7 years

It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach
It's never really been too far away
It's never been out of reach

Haha I had about 30 songs written for that back in 03 I think, many computers ago. At the time the studio and producer I was working with was being quirky so it was never recorded and all lyrics, instrumentals, and music were lost unfortunately. To be honest I wish I still had some of the writtens on file to read what I was going through at the time.
