looking forward to NBA 2K14 and Total War: Rome 2 and GTAV

Yes. I'm a TW fan since the very first one. The first Rome was disappointing, I hope this one will be better since this is my favourite setting.
GTA 5 will be a masterpiece, but I need a goddamn decent PC version. What they did with IV was scanadalous.

Also waiting for Star Citizen, but that's still far away.

star citizen?? whats that?

GTAIV was a sped up version for the PS3 in which they hardly worked on.

they took out all the nice aspects and customization of San Andreas, but GTAIV sold anyways, just felt like i got some bootleg half assed GTA game that was a downgrade from san andreas minus the graphics

u didnt like the first rome total war? i never really played medieval total war (First one) and the first shogun total war, but i've heard the first rome total war was a classic

Star Citizen is a space sim by Chris Roberts who created the Wing Commander series, Freeelancer etc.

Yeah Rome I is considered a classic by many, often called the best TW, but those are mostly people who entered the series with that game. With all the fancy new graphics, it was a milestone and made TW mainstream, so it was probably the most revolutionary. But the gameplay was so broken, especially the AI. And from a historical point of view, this game was their worst too.
Medieval I looked like crap, but the atmosphere was unmatched and the AI worked really good. My favourite TW alongside Medieval II, since MedII was the pinnacle of modding.

About GTA IV: it was a good game, but yeah it wasn't as 'big' as San Andreas. I guess they were too busy with the new graphics and physic engine so they cut out on stuff. It was still great, but Liberty city just sucks as a setting, way too urban, and it really restricted the great freedom you felt in SA. I loved Vice City and I hope they do a remake next, but San Andreas is perfect too.

Out of that list, definitely GTA V..... and it's just around the corner!!

Looking forward to the new Live..... 2k's cool, but I prefer the arcadey play.

near the end it was the same as 2K, ( was a Live Fan) they even changed shooting and dunking to "O" to copy 2K (used to be Square for dunks, Circle for shooting)
