When did I say that cock breath? I'm merely providing one of 1000's of examples to my greater point. This is enforced by the IRS. I'm sure that's meaningless to you right? They're just using them as enforcement because they were bored, right?
It's another step toward an economy 100% controlled by govt and extorting the people.
Soon they'll chip your ass, know everything you're consuming. Have 2 beers? Guess what, your car won't start.
The agenda has been in place and very slowly and meticulously being implemented. Not all at once, nice and slow so you simpletons won't even know its happening.

Exactly.

But those fines wouldn't be used to cover your health expenses. You'd still have to pay for all your medical bills. So the individual mandate doesn't change anything. I don't think $95 is going to convince someone to get health insurance if they could of afforded it before. By 2016, the fine will go up to $695 per year and that will convince some, but not most to get insurance.
After being staunchly against Obamacare for years, I am starting to see it's benefits. However I still take issue with some things:
1. The individual mandate is grossly unconstitutional regardless of what the supreme court says.
2. Premiums will go up to compensate for all the sick and poor (who generally live a less healthier lifestyle) people enrolling in insurance programs.
3. The law creates a tax on medical equipment, which is retarded if you want to control medical costs.
4. All the bleeding-heart liberals you use argumentum ad passiones to justify anything (ok, that one's not specifically for Obamacare).
