Yes! Clara is still there in the new ones
the new (NEW) doctor started around 2005 with Christopher Eccleston (doc), Billie Piper(companion)
and Clara Oswald was a companion to the Eleventh and Twelfth Doctors.
Lily allen was never on the show, but there's is an episode with Kylie Minogue "Voyage of the Damned"

It's not even a racist thing to begin with. Japanese peoples definition of beauty are pale skin and darkish hair. That's in part also reason why the geishas painted their faces completely white (and because back then a rooms lighting was bad so they kinda went overboard with the makeup - afaik) and the dark tan thing with contradictory makeup is just some teenage revolution stuff. Like, walk around in certain districts in Tokyo and you'd think you're on a freak catwalk. Kinda understandable in the first place because japanese culture is about society living in peace together, in unison. And although that kinda faded away over the last century (20th I mean), I guess it's still indoctrinated in todays youth so they pull crazy shit like that.

Yeah i agree that it is not racist. It all depends on the beholder and ones point of view/perception i guess. Just funny the double standards.
But the scene(s) that last pic i posted from a movie(which i have seen but gone blank on the title) did seem a bit racist but the Japanese do have a unusual form as humour which dose tend to offend, as is evident with alot of you guys not understanding my humour, hence not have seen anime and played Japanese video games nor seen Japanese films.

Yeah i do remember it was a while back when Doctor who came back. A mate of mine a big fan but it never really appealed to me.\ I like it now though, kind of reminds me of star trek, well, aside from it not being set in space lol..
I remember Billie piper from back in the 90's? a pop singer. Guess her singing career didnt go anywhere?
Ah i think i may have gotten Lily and Kylie mixed up somehow because that rings a bell now that you mention it.
