eOne doesn't own the Vault?

According to someone on the WideAwake forum (still up for some reason), they called eOne and after getting shuffled around to different departments and people someone told them only the released catalogue was purchased.

why would Afeni sue them then for something they never bought?

what happens to the unreleased material now? some anonymous storage locker?

E one acquired the whole deathrow catalogue also afeni is sueing e one for unreleased 2pac tracks so why would she sue if they didnt own the catalogue.
