No it is not.

Explanation of Wudu:


There are some arab words:

Noor: Light
Salat: Prayer
Sunnah: Tradition of the prophet
Wudu: Spiritual washing/cleaning

It is not coincident that you wash your hands, feet, eyes, nose, mouth.

Wudu and voodooo both sound elaborately ritualistic.
