Pacquiao-Rios... thoughts?

There are always some of those websites that stream it, but for bigger fights (i.e. Mayweather, Pacquiao), more people are trying to watch the same feed, and it ends up being really, really slow and choppy.

the bradley-marquez fight streamed nicely for me off the firstrowsports site.... i think pacquiao needs to win this one to be considered a credible boxer. three losses in a row would be the end of him...if he can win this one, he should match-up with bradley again. the winner of that should face mayweather in a bout for the ages.

Ideally, yeah. Even if Mayweather has no set plans for his next fight (though Mayweather-Khan looks likely, but it will be a snoozefest and likely not a smash PPV success), I'd have a hard time seeing Manny just getting served a Mayweather fight after beating Rios. But Mayweather and his team have mentioned that they'd be open to fighting Bradley too, so maybe he will take the winner... again, which would likely coincide with something in 2014, when Manny's Top Rank contract expires. But Mayweather-Bradley definitely wouldn't be a bout for the ages though, he's just not big enough.

His recent resume on paper looks good, but he's still not a big name, but he's getting there. Look at the details of those fights.
He was awarded a split decision against Pacquiao, one that pretty much 99% of the boxing world felt was a robbery. Pacquiao is typically a 1+ million PPV buy kind of fighter, but Pacquiao-Bradley did around 900k... not bad, but not up to Pacquiao's usual numbers, especially considering Bradley himself is an undefeated fighter and had come off of beating people like Devon Alexander. He may have won at the end, but no one is really giving him credit for that. Even the MGM started playing that Black Eyed Peas song (the Filipino one) when the fight ended.
He was awarded a split decision against Marquez, though it's a pretty legit outcome. You have two guys coming off of recent wins over Pacquiao, yet their fight only generated 375k PPV buys... which isn't a lot coming from two guys who both represent Pacquiao's only official conquerors since 2005 (particularly after he got really popular) and were expected to have an action-packed fight. Bradley's fight against Pacquiao did 900k PPV buys while Marquez's fourth fight against Pacquiao did 1.15 million PPV buys, so they both had a lot of exposure shortly beforehand and were seen by a lot of people getting their hand raised in the end against Pacquiao.
At the same time, he's now carrying a lot more weight behind his name, having beaten Pacquiao AND Marquez, so Pacquiao-Bradley II (should it happen) is going to clear 1 million easily. But Bradley really needs one of those in his resume.
