Is the last verse on 2pac's Fame really Young Noble? His voice is different

Is this really Noble? I've been asking people for years and even the vault says YOung Noble, but he has a loud, raspy voice. Anyways, it's my favourite verse on the song although 'Pac is flawless as always.
