Anyone interested in making a smoother mix on some pop songs I put together?

I took some songs that go together and made mixes out of them.  I just don't know how to make a smooth transition from one song to another, like when you cut off one track and begin the next one.  If someone is interested in fixing that for me, I could hook you up.
