The more I hear about the weather, the more I believe the Seahawks take the game. If it's snowing, windy or just plain cold as hell, the Seahawks with Lynch and Russell are built for that weather.

Yeah, the running/hard nosed defense type team that Carrol's built definitely travels well. Nothing against the Broncos, but once the 49ers/Hawks matchup was set I felt like whoever won that was gonna win the Superbowl. I like how we match up against Denver more than the 9ers.

I felt that the winner of the AFC would be able to beat the NFC team, until I remembered this year the SB is in NY.

I agree that the weather will be a factor especially if it snows as Seattle's D and their Pounding Run game is more built for that type of weather then the Denver offense. I personally believed whoever came out of the NFC this year was the clearly superior team and was going to win regardless so I think Seattle wins.

I dunno, I just think the Hawks have a more talented roster in general regardless of the venue. The Broncos have obviously put up ridiculous offensive numbers this season, but they haven't played a defense of this caliber yet. And despite the national perception there's a lot to like about our offense as well, especially with Harvin back.

I said it in the other topic but you can compare the Broncos O to Saints O almost player by player. Seahawks have a blueprint for what they're facing. Broncos have no idea what theyre up against and that bend but dont break defense that feasted on & hid behind weak ass AFC offenses is gonna get shattered.

Lets not even bring up if it snows out here on sunday. Marshawn broke a 100 yds last week against the best run d in the nfl plus Harvin comin back. Only way Broncos winnin is major injury to RW, ML, Sherm or refs just straight fixin the game.

Exactly, people are so caught up in the Hawks defense vs the Broncos offense matchup that they're ignoring the fact that Marshawn destroyed the Niners last week (who probably win this game had they beat us). The Broncos aren't close to that level on D, and if they want to stack the box and take Marshawn out of the game, Wilson has more than enough talent to pick them apart. Oh, and Harvin coming back doesn't hurt either.

Even if they stack the box still might not matter. Im pretty sure the 9ers knew damn well how dangerous lynch was comin into that game and knew a key to their victory would be to stop him. With all that said and boast in a front seven leagues better than the Broncos he still got over a 100 yards on them. So many matchups in this game that just seem one sided for the Hawks. Wes Welker wanna come catch passes in the middle of the field and we might see him get killed on live TV by Kam. Dude knocked Vernon Davis brains out imagine what hes capable of doin to Wes little ass.
