I wouldn't place ROC & M Inc. in the same category..
M Inc is on it's way down, and they only have 2 really big singers..
They're more of a pop-label really, if you look at those moving units for M Inc.

The only decent rappers on there gets no exposure, no release, and they're stuck with defending a falling lead singer and the beat-stealing cookie monster.
If I was Tah or Black Child, I would have left as soon as possible.
