My homie let me down...
We were out at this jazz spot but it was open mic and it was really late. It wouldn't of been a big deal if we got up and rocced the mic, nobody would've cared. But my homie was saying it wasn't a real open mic, but it kind of was, because they were having jam sessions at different points in the night.
Anyway, I should of just gone up there on my own but at the same time it's good to have someone have your back and have that energy. Nothing happens without energy... so I can't be too hard on myself for not going up there, but if I had it to do again I would've just gone up there and at least I would've had something dope on video to post at the forum today.
