I'd rather not because there'd probably be a good chance that everybody would've just dissed eachother on Twitter or Facebook and not actually record/release any music.

There's also the whole factor that having that technology would have played.  Some of those incidents probably would not have gone done the way they did if it was that easy for it to be filmed.
