Promethazine and codeine

What up y'all? Anybody know the ratios for making lean? I have 2 separate bottles, one is Codeine phosphate and the other is promethazine dm. I normally get a single bottle that has both already. Any info would help.

yeah I plan on doing that but I was just curious if it was like a 2 to 1 ratio or something.
