T.I. isn't better than Ludacris or other artists from Atlanta.

t.i. is really from the streets ya boy pac was just fantasizin' about the streets. t.i. is rich and lived to make 9 albums, pac died broke tryin' to be a gangbanger. don't get me wrong I love pac's music (death row era) but, there are niggas that were better than him I'd put the king in that category.
