There was a semiconductor patent owned by 5 individuals, 4 of which were on board. In addition to the 4 on board, there were also another 16 senior members of the company "Freescale Semiconductor" on board. Avoiding radar via "cloaking technology" has long been one of the objectives of the defense industry and Freescale has been active developing chips for military radar and this company managed to secure a patent. Now Jacob Rothschild is the sole owner of that patent thanks to this little "incident"
