Here's the deal.  An allergy is an itch.  When you scratch it it becomes inflamed.   When you feel the itch don't rub your nose, don't blow your nose, don't touch it!  Try to resist because it will only make matters worse.

Its like when your nuts itch if u go under a cold fan it will go away.

Well you can't put your nose under a cold fan but what you can do is eat 100 percent raw organic baking chocolate, its very bitter and it will ease the itch.  Do this to comfort yourself and after a few days you will notice that your pretty much cured.
