I never touch refined sugar, only organic cane, but it's always best to avoid. Fruits contain natural sugar so there are always alternatives to sweeten foods up

what i found interesting was the fact that an addict's brain releases dopamine in anticipation of something, while the sober brain releases that dopamine via reward. i never thought of it like that, but i definitely get more of a high out of anticipation than out of result. if only we could all be thizzin 24-7
