Yes... in fact, he came up with the line "Tonight's the Night I Get In Some Shit" off of Deep Cover.  Snoop details it in his autobiography that Dre told him to have a song done by the time he got back from the gym, and Snoop was like, what the fucc, what is the song about?   And then Dre gave him the first line,

"Tonight's the Night I Get In Some Shit"

...yet Dre probably wouldn't take writing credit for this.  Dre is so generous and he probably gives up writing credits all the time.  But ask yourself how come his verses always sound hotter than the verses his so-called ghost-writers spit when they are on their own?
